Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and successful payment. Pricing and availability can change before an order is confirmed.
Custom artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use logos, trademarks, names and artwork supplied for custom manufacturing. Production may begin after written or digital artwork approval.
Event deadlines
Event dates are targets rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically agreed in writing. Delays outside reasonable control may affect production or delivery.
Intellectual property
Champzo branding, original site content and original design assets remain protected. Customer-supplied artwork remains subject to the rights of its owner.
Limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
